Querying AI Platforms:

We submit search queries to AI platforms on your behalf based on:

• Keywords you provide during onboarding
• Your industry and service categories
• Geographic targeting (primarily Australian markets)
• Competitor analysis parameters you configure

What We Record:

• AI platform response text
• Brand mention detection and context
• Competitor mentions
• Timestamps and response metadata

We do not capture personal information about end users of AI platforms.

3. Platform Compliance

We access AI platforms through publicly available interfaces and APIs where available. We comply with each platform's terms of service and rate limits. Our monitoring simulates typical user queries rather than bulk data extraction.

4. No Model Training

Displaying AI-generated content does not constitute our endorsement. We show you what AI platforms say about your brand so you can make informed marketing decisions.
